Hello and Welcome to Tive. You're on your way to a smarter supply chain.
This Support guide is designed to help you easily navigate articles that will support you in your Tive journey. One of our guiding principles at Tive is to constantly seek improvement, and with your support we aim to make these support articles the best it can be.
Recently Viewed Items can be found at the base of the page, so if you get lost you can always return to your last few articles:
Related Posts: Perhaps if the article you are viewing is not quite what you are looking for, take a look at the 'Related posts' section, also found at the base of every page for similar articles.
Affirmative Feedback: If you found an article helpful, let us know by voting at the bottom of the page. This way we know we are on the right path.
Constructive Feedback: You can, of course, vote 'No' if the articles has not met your expectations. However we would be very interested to understand what could be improved so we can amend an article for future use. So please write any comments about the articles you would like to see at the bottom of the page:
Article not available?: If you cannot find what you are looking for, or would just like to chat with one of our Client Support Agents, then you should feel free to 'Submit a Request'. These options can be found at both the top and base of every page:
Submitting a Request is easy: Simply follow one of the links in any of the support guide pages.
- If you are logged in, you have the option to 'CC' your request to another email address
- If you are not logged in, you will need to enter your own email address
(we recommend logging into the platform for the best experience)
When adding the 'subject' of your enquiry please be concise as this will prompt other Support Guide articles that may be of help to you:
If these articles still do not address your query you should feel free to to add a description, clarifying what the problem is and providing as much relevant information or data as possible. This will allow our teams the best opportunity to quickly resolve your enquiry.
Finally there is an 'attachment' option also, if you wish to add any relevant documentation or screenshots to support your enquiry.
