Reports

The Tive Platform supports Report Generation when it comes to shipments and trackers. These reports include selected data which is then displayed in a PDF or CSV document which can be shared with anyone.

Shipment Reports

Reports can be generated for shipments that are active or have already completed. 

Navigate to your desired shipment and click on the Report menu to see a list of previously generated reports for that shipment. There, you will see the data included, date range, report type, and date created for each report. To download a past report, click the Download icon on the right side of the screen, next to the report you would like to view.

Generate a New Report

To create a new report, click the "Generate New Report" option under the Reports tab. This will launch the report creator.

First, select the file type between PDF and  CSV. Then, select the data that you would like to have included in the report such as Location, Temperature, Light, Acceleration etc.

Generate an immediate report, have it automatically generated upon completion or when it is within a desired distance from the destination (for active shipments).

Finally, confirm the details and click “Save” to generate the report. It will take a few minutes to prepare the report. Once it is ready, the report can be downloaded from the main Reports menu.

Tracker Data Report

You can also generate a report for a specific tracker on your account. To do so, select your desired tracker. Once you've selected the tracker, click on the Reports menu. You can choose to generate a new report or download an existing report by following the same steps explained above.
