Why Use Online Tracker Ordering Feature?

Running low on trackers or need to order more to keep up with shipping volume? With Tive's integrated order form, you can easily purchase more trackers and have them shipped to your location of choice. You can quickly place orders for trackers and accessories without unnecessary complications and order up to 5000 units per product.

How It Works

1. Accessing the Feature:
   1. Locate the "Order Trackers" button on the top right of the Tive platform home page (highlighted in green).
   2. Click the button to open a new tab where you can enter your order.
2. Selecting the Account and Products:
   1. Choose the account for which you want to order trackers.
   2. Select the products from the available Tive trackers and accessories:
      1. Solo 5G Lithium / Non-Lithium
      2. Solo Lite Lithium / Non-Lithium
      3. Tive Tags
      4. Dry Ice Probes
      5. Cryogenic Probes
      6. Beacons
      7. Green Program Return Boxes (Pack of 50 Singles)
3. Quantity Limitations:
   1. Users can order up to 5000 units per product.
   2. For larger orders, users should contact their account manager for assistance.
4. Proceeding to Checkout:
   1. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue to the checkout page.
5. Enter shipping and billing information:
   1. Adjust shipping and billing addresses as needed.
   2. Enter the Purchase Order Number (PO Number).
      
   3. Review all details and confirm the order.
