Battery Life

Factors Affecting Battery Duration

  • Transmission Interval Frequency: More frequent transmissions drain the battery faster.
  • GPS Usage: Enabling GPS significantly reduces battery life.
  • Extreme Temperatures: Cold or hot environments impact battery efficiency.
  • Shock: The battery will drain faster, especially if the sensitivity is set to high, as it takes more power to detect the slightest movements.

Real-Time Battery Monitoring

  • Battery status can be checked via the Trackers page.
  • Low battery indicators: A blinking red light or no indicator suggests depletion.

Tracker Durability & Activation

  • Build Quality: Solo 5G is IP67-rated, while Solo Lite is IP65-rated, ensuring strong water resistance.
