Downloading Tive Tag from Google Play
To start and read Tive Tags, you’ll need to download our free and easy-to-use smartphone app, the Tive Tag app. Designed with simplicity in mind, this app makes the process of temperature logging seamless with automatic data uploads and clear information interfaces. The minimum requirements for using the app are that you have an Android device with Android OS 8.0 or above. The smartphone must also be equipped with NFC to be able to read our Tags.
Before you get started
-
Turn on location services for a better experience.

We recommend that you remove any metallic casings from your smartphone. These may interfere with the communication with the Tag.
-
The NFC module placement varies, so move your smartphone over the Tag to find the location of your device. Some devices have the NFC module placed in the middle of the back while others have them placed close to the camera module on the back top.
-
Keep the device close to the Tag when scanning, 1 cm - 2 cm is recommended.

It is also important that the smartphone is kept still during any scan operation.
